Patient Data: 15 year old boy

Clinical Info: Persistent swelling on the forehead after a cold a few months ago.

Inhomogeneous mass with a bony defect on the forehead above the right eye.

There is a thinning of the underlying bone with a defect.

The lesion shows mainly peripheral vascularity that is in continuation with the bony defect.

Diagnosis: Frontal sinusitis with perforation to the soft tissues of the forehead. The patient was surgically treated without complications.
