Conclusion

It was unclear whether the patient had a duodenal carcinoma that had perforated to the gallbladder or a gallbladder carcinoma that had perforated to the duodenum. An endoscopy of the duodenum was not possible because the patient had undergone a gastrojejunostomy (Roux and Y procedure) in the past. The patient was operated in a university hospital and had a gallbladder carcinoma that had perforated to the dudenum
