Abnormal lymph nodes

The first patient had a large cell B lymphoma of the thyroid gland and enlarged lymph nodes The second had a Hodgkins disease of the nodular sclerosing type with abnormal lymph nodes and infiltration of the left thyroid lobe. Always think of the possibility of a malignant lymphoma in cases of an abnormal thyroid gland (see also case of the month of October 2011)
