Longitudinal image of the mass that is mainly well defined

Longitudinal image again showing a well defined mass but not at the lowerpole

Longitudinal image showing that the massis in continuity with a nerve

Longitudinal image of the same mass also shows continuity with a nerve. There is only vascularity in the mass and not in trh enerve

Transverse image of the same mass

Transverse image a bit below the mass shows normal findings

Conclusion

There is a well defined vascularized mass in the neck in continuity with the brachial plexus. Biopsy proved the mass to be a schwannoma.
