Clinical Info: Patient was admitted to the hospital with pulmonary abnormalities seen on an X ray of the thorax. The pediatrician found a palpable mass in the upper abdomen

The mass is vascularized

The palpable mass proved to be a large hepatoblastoma. The pulmonary abnormalties are caused by pulmonary metastases.
The patient was treated in a pediatric oncologic center
