A metastasis in an ovary from a stomach or a gallbladder carcinoma is called a Krukenberg tumor. In this case the abnormal gallbladder and the stomach are continuous with each other.
Biopsy of the ovarian mass revealed a metastasis of a gallbladder or stomach carcinoma in the ovary. Because of the extend of the abnormalities and the old age of the patient no further examinations and treatment were done
