This is a similar lesion in the lower leg in a 50 year old male. The lesion is less well defined

Both masses proved to be sarcomas. Don't let the oval aspect or the well defined border fool you to think that they are benign. The first patient had a rhabdomyosarcoma. In Holland these lesions are referred to and treated in specialized centres.
