Case 1.1.9 Metastases


Liver metastases of a pancreatic carcinoma of the tail of the pancreas with hyper-echoic and iso-echoic lesions. The hyperechoic lesions could be mistaken for hemangiomas, but are hypoechoic in the late phase of CEUS and proved to be metastases.
