Clinical information

Gynaecomastia. The family doctor wanted to rule out a malignancy although there was no palpable mass

Severe microlithiasis of the right and left testis

The small mass is not much stiffer than the surrounding tissue and is vascularized

The patient also had bilateral gynaecomastia
