Detorioration of developmental dysplasia of the hip

Detorioration of developmental dysplasia of the hip on the left side. At the age of 6 weeks there is a Graf type 2 hip. The bony roof is adequate. The superior bony rim is rounded and the cartilaginous roof covers the femoral head.

Graf type 2A hip

Detorioration of developmental dysplasia of the hip on the left side. The same patient at the age of 12 weeks there is a Graf type 3 hip. The bony roof is poor. The superior bony rim is flattened and the cartilaginous roof is displaced upwards.
