Malignant stomach lesions

82-year-old woman presents with persistent stomach pain despite PPI use. For the past 2 months, she has been experiencing a tight sensation in the upper abdomen, with pressure after eating and frequent belching. She eats small amounts regularly, has lost 3 kg, and previously sought help from her GP and the ER, where unfortunately, her stomach issue was not recognized. Her bowel habits are unchanged, with no rectal bleeding, dysphagia, reflux, nausea, or vomiting, but she continues to experience persistent abdominal pain.
