Abdominal Metastasis of Seminoma

Metastasis of seminoma

Clinical information

Persistant pain of the right side of the abdomen. No prior relevant medical history.

Brief description

Confluent multilobular left paramedian mass (13.6 cm x 8.6 cm), bounded superiorly by the renal vein and artery, extending caudally to the level of the aortic bifurcation. The lesion extends slightly to retro aortic.
Mass with a maximum diameter of 4 cm in the left testis, which may be consistent with a seminoma testis. The relatively large seminoma testis in particular can contain cysts. Cysts however, are a slightly better match for non-seminoma.
