Painful swelling on both sides in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis

The other compartments on the left side are normal

Compartment one with tenosynovitis of the extensor pollicis brevis and abductor pollicis longus on the right side

There is also a tenosynovitis of the extensor digiti minimi on the right side

There is also a tenosynovitis of the extensor digiti minimi on the right side and an arthritis of the radioulnar joint
