Swollen epidydimis and testis and a hydrocele

Clinical information

Acute onset of scrotal pain that started more than 24 hours prior to the examination

Scrotal hernia with fat with an infarted hypoechoic tip

The left part of the scrotum is normal

One week later the swelling is gone

1 week later the swelling is gone but the scrotal hernia still exists
