Initial plain abdominal film

No dilatation of the left kidney (there is a small cyst)

No stone in the ureter at the level of the iliac vessels

A control plain abdominal film shows the calcification in a more lateral position

A repeated ultrasound examination showed a large dermoid cyst on the left side and a small dermoid cyst with calcification on the right side
