Conclusion

The mass is an adrenal metastasis of the lung carcinoma. Tumor extension through the renal vein in the vena cava of renal cell carcinomas is not uncommon, but adrenal tumors can also extend into the vena cava. Diagnosis Adrenal metastasis with tumor invasion of the inferior vena cava through the adrenal vein.
