Extensive multicentic breast carcinoma on both sides. On the left side there are extensive microcalcifications

On the left side there are extensive microcalcifications

With some settings the microcalcifications are better seen

MRI

Although the MRI suggested multiple lesions on the right side only one 5 mm lesion could be confirmed as IDC. An axillary lymphode on the right side that was biopsied also proved to be a metastasis

The lesion was stiff with elastography
