Conclusion

The lesion anterior of the biceps tendon is not a cyst but a resorbing calcification in the bursa.
In case of a calcific bursitis always look for a calcific (tendinosis) tendinitis.
Calcifications in the bursa or the tendon can have very different aspects depending on the state they are in. In this case the resorbing state
