Pancreatic head carcinoma in relation to the duodenum

Mass encasing the doudenum and infiltrating the pancreas with double duct sign (dilatated bile and pancreatic duct) and abnormal lymph nodes even supraclavicular. The immuno histologic results correspond with both pancreas and duodenal carcinoma.

Patient also has supraclavicular lymph nodes
