Clinical information

Patient presented to PT with suspected left pectoralis major tear from bench pressing. The patient had pain and weakness with use of his upper extremity.

Brief description

Patient had pain with loss of muscle bulk on the sternal head of pectoralis major with tearing occurring at the musculotendinous junction. Clavicular head intact and tendon intact

Conclusion
