Suspected new tumoral tissue in the anastomotic region. Patient with increased tumoral marker.

Brief description

On ultrasound examination a hypoechoic mass is visible at the anastomosis of about 2 cm with intratumoral vessels at color Doppler. On CT dilated main pancreatic duct with no clear evidence of tumoral hypodense mass on dynamic phases, pancreatic and venous.

Conclusion
