Total rotator cuff rupture

Rupture of the biceps tendon, the subscapulatis, supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendon with effusion and synovium in the bursa. The teres minor tendon is intact. There is fatty atrophy of the muscles except the teres minor muscle.
