Hypoechoic mass in the abdominal wall that biopsy proved to be a metastasis of a melanoma

With different settings the lesion could be mistaken for a cyst

There is also a larger mass in the iliac fossa

The same patient was treated for inguinal metastases of a melanoma a few months earlier
