Diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound performing while patient pedaling Nu-Step exercise equipment. Patient experienced a painful step with knee moving from flexion to extension. The patient has a history of multiple sclerosis and hypertonicity of her lower extremities.

Visualization of Pez Anserine Tendinosis and snapping of sartorius muscle over tibial plateau with active range of motion of the r knee while pedaling on the Nu-Step Bike.
